Terms of Service
This is a translation of the Serbian terms. If they differ, the Serbian version applies.
License
Kolega is used under a license that a company gets from Vebiko, with a monthly budget in euros. The license covers the company and the computers activated on it.
Responsibility
Kolega helps with the work; you make the decisions. Kolega asks for your permission before it sends, deletes or changes anything. Check results with financial, tax or legal consequences before you use them.
Acceptable use
Kolega must not be used for unlawful acts, for sending spam, for accessing other people's data without permission, or for circumventing the app's protections.
Google accounts
Connecting Gmail or Google Drive is your choice, and you can disconnect them at any time. Google's terms of service also apply to them. What Kolega does with your e-mail and with data from your Google account is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We try to keep Kolega running without interruption, but it depends on the internet and external services, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Vebiko is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the app.
