Kolega is a Windows desktop application for small businesses and accountants in Serbia. It runs on your company's computer. You give it tasks by text or voice: it reads invoices, e-mail and the databases of your business software, adds things up, creates spreadsheets and documents, drafts replies to e-mail, prints, and prepares import files for your accounting software.

Kolega asks for your permission before it sends, deletes or changes anything.

E-mail and Google Drive

When you connect your company's mail account (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or mail at your hosting provider), Kolega can, at your request, read and search the e-mail in that account, save attachments to your computer, create drafts and send e-mail. It sends each message only after you approve it. Gmail is connected with an app password, as in any e-mail program.

Kolega can also keep backups of its Invoices (Računi) module in your Google Drive, after you sign in with "Sign in with Google". Which Google data Kolega uses, where it is stored and who receives it is described in the Privacy Policy.
